Allow participants to change language on public registration pages

Select whether visitors can change language when visiting your registration pages.

Click Account -> Settings in the top of the dashboard.
Find the section "Allow language switching" under the tab "Language and Time. Select whether visitors can change language or not.
Click "Save Settings" when your are done.
