Resend message to new attendees

Have you sent a message - either by e-mail or text message - to the attendees, and have new attendees registered since you sent the message?

Then you can easily resend the message to the new attendees. Below we show you how.

  • Click on the event title or the green icon to the right of the event in the overview.
  • Click on "View and send messages".
  • You will now see the overview of the e-mails and text messages that have been sent or scheduled. Click the high-lighted icon next to the message you would like to resend to new attendees.
  • Attendees who signed up after the original message was sent are selected as recipients. You can also select other recipients in the drop-down menu. This may be relevant if an attendee cannot find the message, so you just want to send the same message to one person.
  • If the message is sent as an e-mail, you have the option to edit the content of the e-mail (1), schedule it (2) and send a test to your own e-mail (3). Finally, click "Send message" or "Schedule mesage" depending on when is message is planned (4).
  • If the message is sent as a text message, you have the option to edit the content of the message (1), see how many credits the message will cost to send (2) and schedule it (3). Finally, click "Send message" or "Schedule mesage" depending on when is message is planned (4).
  • You can now see the message in the overview of sent and scheduled messages.
