EasySignup has an online integrated queue system dedicated to cope with site overload due to many people trying to enter the same registration site simultaneously.
Our queue system works like when you are ordering tickets to a very popular concert.
How does it work?
The queue system kicks in when the number of visitors trying to enter a registration site exceed the acceptable load. This prevents website crashes and slowdowns during user peaks.
Users exceeding the site capacity are automatically offloaded to the queue system. As capacity opens up, the queue system redirects users waiting back to the registration site in the correct order. Users in line are presented with a queue number and an estimate of how long they have to wait.
This ensures a good end-user experience.
Neither the organizer nor the visitor has to do anything. The queue system starts automatically.
We've made a series of videos showing you how to use EasySignup.
