How to add persons to an invite - before it's sent

You can add persons to a scheduled invitation. This is useful and lets you add persons to an invitation before it's sent.

Go to the list of invitations by clicking on the following icon in the event overview:

You can also enter the list of invitations from the event report page.

  • Find the invitation that you want to add persons to and click on the following icon:
  • Now select the persons, whom you want to add to the invitation. You can choose attendees from previous events and/or enter e-mails and names yourself. Click "Add".
  • You then see an confirmation that the persons are added. Click "Dismiss" to return to the list of invitations.
