Allow participants to change their registration (for all events)

You can allow participants to change their registration. They can choose other ticket types or buy one or more additional services. NOTE: The participant can only change the registration if the new choice has the same price as the choice, which has already been made.

• Click Account -> Settings in the top of the dashboard.
  
• Find the section "Participant Changes Allowed" under the tab "Registration". Select whether to allow the participant to change their registration or not. Selecting "Yes" allows people to click on a manage link in the confirmation e-mail and change their registration.
• Then you can choose the deadline for when the participant can change the registration.
  
  You can set different criteria based on the event's start or end date as well as the registration deadline.
  
• Click "Save Settings" when you're done.

  Note: This option applies to all events. If you want a different setting for a single event, you can change it on the page where you edit the event under the tab "Registration". You can find a guide here.
