How to get an overview of upcoming and sent payment reminders

Once you have activated the automatic payment reminder function in % brand_name%, you can easily and quickly get an overview of both upcoming and sent reminders. 

If you have not yet activated the payment reminders, you can see how to do so here. 

Below you can see how to find the overview of both upcoming and sent reminders. 

• Go to Finances->Payment Reminders in the administration.
  
• The overview of the payment reminders is divided into 3 sections: "Payment Reminders Status Across Events" (1),  "Future Payment Reminders" (2) and  "Parked unpaid invoices" (3). Each section is reviewed below.
  
  

1. Payment Reminders Status Across Events

• In the first section you can see an overview of how many unpaid invoices there are at the moment. 
• You can also see how many reminders are still unpaid after sending out the first, second and third reminders as well as how much revenue the sent reminders have recovered.
  
  
• You can also access the reminder settings if you need to change something in the reminder text or frequency. Once you are on the payment reminder settings page, click the same place to return to the overview of payment reminders. 
  

2. Future Payment Reminders 

• Here you can see which invoices that have planned future reminders. You can see various information, such as name, amount and number of days until the reminder is dispatched.
  
• If you click on the "pencil", you can edit the setting for this specific reminder, e.g. change the status of the invoice, give extra time for payment or completely stop sending reminders.
• If you click on the "eye", you can see a reminder history for the registration to which the reminder relates.
  
  

Sent payment reminders

• To see all sent payment reminders click "Payment Reminders History"".
  
• Here you can see the payments reminders that have already been sent. You can see information about the payment reminders, e.g. the owed amount, and you can edit each of the payment reminder and see a complete  payment reminder history for the order.
  

3. Parked unpaid invoices

• Here you can see the invoices that are still awaiting payment despite the various payment reminders. You can see information about the order, and you can edit the payment reminder and change its status, e.g. if you receive the money directly from the orderer and not through EasySignup or if you want to give up collecting the money. You can also see an overall payment reminder history for the order.
