Set who is allowed to create ticket types and additional service with a price higher than 0

This guide shows you how to set up who is allowed to create ticket types and additional services with a price higher than 0 on a specific event.

You will need this if you have set up that nobody can create or change prices for all events, but need to change it for a single event - or if the setting must be different from the one that applies to all events. You can see how to change the setting for all events here.

• Find the event and click on the edit button.
  
• Find the section "Creation and editing of paid ticket types and additional services" under the tab "Finances" where you can select the following options:
  
  Default:  "Default" complies with the general account setting under Account->Settings. Select another option if the specific event requires that.
  
  All users with edit rights on this event: If you choose this, all users with access to edit events can create and change prices.
  
  Administrators and economic Responsible: If you choose this, only users with the rights "Administrator" or "Financially Responsible" can create ticket types and additional services with a price higher than 0 or edit prices already created.
• Click "Save and stay on the page" to save and continue editing or "Save changes" to save and return to the list of events. Both buttons are located at the buttom right hand side.
